1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and delete photos, videos, face-related information, body-related information, and—if created or used by the relevant feature or vendor—biometric identifiers or biometric information when you upload media to Stylely for styling analysis or related features.

2. Types of information we may process

• Your uploaded photos and videos
• Visible clothing, colors, fit, silhouette, body proportions, and style signals
• Face- or body-related features visible in the upload, such as facial landmarks, body shape cues, pose, garment placement, and related image-derived characteristics
• To the extent created or used by the applicable feature or service provider, biometric identifiers or biometric information derived from your upload

3. Purpose of collection and use

We process this information to:

• Generate styling recommendations, wardrobe suggestions, fit guidance, and similar outputs you request
• Operate, maintain, improve, debug, and secure the relevant upload and styling features
• Moderate misuse, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations

We do not need your upload to identify you across unrelated services. We do not sell biometric identifiers or biometric information.

4. Consent

By uploading a photo or video for analysis, and by checking the consent box or taking another affirmative action we present to you, you authorize us and our service providers to collect, capture, store, analyze, transmit, and use your upload and any face- or body-related information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.

If applicable law requires specific written consent for biometric identifiers or biometric information, your affirmative acceptance of this notice serves as that written release/consent to the extent permitted by law.

5. Disclosure

We may disclose uploads and related information to service providers that host files, perform image analysis, provide AI inference, detect abuse, or otherwise support the feature. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property. We do not disclose biometric identifiers or biometric information except as permitted by law and this notice.

6. Retention and destruction schedule

We retain uploaded photos and videos only for as long as reasonably necessary for the feature you used, your account settings, support, backup, security, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your uploaded content, subject to technical, security, legal, and backup constraints.

To the extent biometric identifiers or biometric information are created or used, we permanently destroy them when the initial purpose for collecting or obtaining them has been satisfied, or earlier upon account deletion where feasible, and in any event no later than one (1) year after the purpose has been satisfied, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or a longer period is required to comply with law or defend legal claims.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect uploads and sensitive information, including face- or body-related data. However, no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

8. Your confirmations

• You are uploading only content you own or are authorized to use.
• If another person appears in the upload, you have any permission or consent required to submit it.
• You understand the feature is automated and may not always be accurate.
• You understand that declining consent may mean certain upload-based features are unavailable.

9. Withdrawal of consent and deletion requests

You may withdraw future consent by not submitting additional uploads and by contacting us to request deletion of eligible stored content and related data, subject to legal, backup, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution constraints.
