1. Agreement to These Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Stylely provides digital tools related to personal style, wardrobe management, outfit recommendations, photo- and video-based styling analysis, and community posting features. Recommendations are generated by automated systems and may depend on information you provide, including uploads, preferences, and account data.

5. No Professional, Medical, or Safety Advice

The Services provide informational and lifestyle guidance only. They are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on the Services to diagnose health conditions, body-image concerns, or any safety-sensitive issue.

6. User Content and Uploads

"User Content" means photos, videos, wardrobe information, profile information, community posts, comments, messages, and other content you upload, submit, post, or otherwise provide through the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and use your User Content.
• If your User Content contains another person, you have their permission, and if required by law, their consent, to upload and use that content in connection with the Services.
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any law.

License you grant us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, display, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, improve, support, and enforce the Services, including generating styling recommendations and displaying community content according to your settings.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent we need to retain backup copies, legal records, fraud-prevention records, or content already shared in community areas as permitted by law.

7. Community Rules

You may not post or upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, invasive of privacy, violent, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or report conduct when we believe it violates these Terms or the law.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, scraping, probing, or interfering with the Services.
• Using the Services to train competing models or create derivative databases without authorization.
• Uploading malware, spam, or misleading content.
• Using another person's account without permission.
• Using the Services in a way that violates privacy, biometric, publicity, intellectual property, consumer protection, or other applicable laws.

9. Current Service Access

The current version of Stylely described in these Terms does not use paid subscription billing. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we may update these Terms and present those changes before charging users.

10. Third-Party Services, Shopping Links, and Affiliate Relationships

The Services may include links to third-party stores, products, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, social media services, or other tools. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them. We may receive affiliate commissions or other compensation from certain links or recommendations. 11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and non-user content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and provisions relating to retained records.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY RECOMMENDATION WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.

16. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
